On the monthly plan, Stonegate retains ownership of the site — you are licensing it for as long as you are a client. This is how we keep the cost low with $0 down. On the one-time $3,500 plan, you own everything outright. Either way, your content, photos, and business information are always yours.
The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you cancel during the first 12 months, a $3,500 early termination fee applies. We are upfront about this from day one, no surprises.
We do a live screen share walkthrough before we launch and make any changes you want at no extra charge. We do not go live until you are completely happy. In the unlikely case we cannot design something you are satisfied with, we cancel the contract — no charge.
No. We write all your website content for you. You answer a short questionnaire and we take it from there — headlines, paragraphs, service descriptions, everything. Included at no extra cost in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
